Paging all coffee addicts. Can I have you attention please?
I love all things coffee flavored. This includes, but is not limited to, my morning cup of coffee, coffee yogurt, coffee scented candles, and now, coffee smoothies. One thing to remember with smoothies, regardless of if they contain coffee, is that you can only use them as a meal if they contain a good source of most of the food groups. Since, I am a lacto-ovo-pescatarian, I am always looking for new ways to incorporate eggs into my diet. Typically, scrambled eggs and over easy eggs are on the menu, but I am so happy I started to switch it up.

I can grab a mason jar out of the refrigerator, pop it in the microwave for 60 seconds and voilà, breakfast is done!
