Hi - I am Paula & I am so glad you are here.

Who am I?

I’m a Registered Dietitian, mom of three, educator, and well-being advocate dedicated to helping individuals build sustainable, healthy lives through movement and mindful nourishment.

What is a RD?

A RD is a food and nutrition expert who has obtained a bachelors degree. Moreover, a RD has completed a 1,200 hour internship and passed a national board examination.

I am a Bowling Green State University alumna where I completed both my undergraduate degree in dietetics and my masters degree in food and nutrition. I completed my dietetic internship at Bradley University.

Why do I do what I do?

You.

You are the reason I do what I do. I’ve worked with countless individuals who have seen multiple dietitians and doctors—and still feel confused, unheard, or without real answers. My passion lies in helping people reconnect with the power they already have to feel their best.

I support clients in expanding their dietary choices while breaking down nutrition myths and fear-based messages so common in the media. My approach is rooted in the connection between food, mind, and body, with a strong emphasis on self-care, compassion, and positivity.

I work with individuals seeking support for overall wellness, disease prevention, and digestive health. I have extensive experience with complex medical conditions, including gastrointestinal disorders such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Congenital Sucrase-Isomaltase Deficiency (CSID), and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). I also have experience supporting clients with a wide range of autoimmune conditions.

My nutrition expertise includes guiding clients through various therapeutic approaches, including the Low FODMAP Diet, Low Fermentation Diet, Crohn’s Disease Exclusion Diet (CDED), low-sucrose diets, the Wahl’s Protocol, and the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP).

Where are you located?

My services combine nutrition with emerging technology in order to encourage successful outcomes. Sessions are available online using a secure, HIPAA compliant website.
